While there is no cost to enroll, participants will still receive a comprehensive, all-inclusive experience, including expert training from celebrity yoga instructors, access to wellness resources, and support for launching their own wellness businesses.   • 200-Hour Training (15 trainees)

  • 500-Hour Training (10 trainees)

  • 1000-Hour Training (5 trainees)

  • Foundation Level: Provides foundational knowledge of yoga philosophy, asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and basic teaching methodology.

    Entry-Level Teaching: Enables graduates to teach general yoga classes to beginners and individuals with basic yoga experience.

    Duration: Typically completed in 4-6 weeks of intensive training.

    Focus: Establishes a strong understanding of yoga fundamentals and prepares individuals for teaching foundational yoga classes.

    TIMELINE: April 25-June 22

    PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:

    • DOCUMENTARY PARTICIPATION

    • 10 DAY IMMERSION 

    • 3 HYBRID WEEKENDS 

    • COMMUNITY TEACHING HOURS

    • YOGA ENTREPRENUERSHIP PACKAGE

  • Advanced Level: Builds upon the foundation of the 200-hour training with deeper exploration into advanced yoga techniques, anatomy, and teaching methodologies.

    Specialization: Offers specialization tracks such as holistic yoga, advanced asana practice, yoga philosophy, or specific populations (e.g., prenatal yoga).

    Teaching Experience: Includes additional teaching practice hours to refine teaching skills and gain confidence in leading diverse yoga classes.

    Duration: Often completed in several months to a year, including practical teaching experience and advanced studies.

  • Yoga Authority: Represents the highest level of yoga teacher training, emphasizing mastery of advanced yoga practices, meditation, philosophy, and anatomy.

    Specialized Training: Includes in-depth studies in specialized areas like yoga therapy, yoga for specific populations (e.g., seniors, athletes), or advanced philosophical studies.

    Research and Publication: Involves conducting research in yoga studies, publishing articles or books, and contributing to the yoga community as a recognized authority.

    Duration: Completed over several years, integrating extensive practical experience, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
